I. REQUIREMENTS:

1. New Baptismal and Confirmation Certificate with notation for “Marriage Purposes.”

2. Marriage License & Cenomar

a. If 5 years live-in: Affidavit of cohabitation

b. If civilly married: Marriage Contract with Registered Number

3. Canonical Interview

4. Banns & Permission

5. Pre-Cana Seminar:

Every 3^rd Sunday of the Month from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

6. Confession a day before the wedding date

7. 2x2 ID Picture (1 pc each)

II. SCHEDULE:

MORNING

08:00 AM – 09:15 AM

09:30 AM – 10:45 AM

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

AFTERNOON:

02:00 PM – 03:15 PM

03:45 PM – 05:15 PM*

*this may depend in the parish scheduled liturgical activities.

Nuptial Ceremony is for 1 hour and 15 minutes only.

III. RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. A 30% down payment will be charged upon reservation.

(non-refundable & non-transferrable)

2. All requirements shall be accomplished & must be submitted one month before the wedding date.

3. The wedding fee shall be paid in full one (1) week before the wedding date.

4. Wedding ceremony will start on time. Entourage must come 30 minutes before the allotted time.

5. PROHIBITION: no rice, coins, flowers, confetti & other materials to be thrown on wedding marches inside the church. The custom can be done only at the lobby / entrance of the church.

6. Flower girls, ring bearer & coin bearer must not be assisted during the march and must be at least four years old and above.

7. Non-resident priest invited to solemnize the wedding must submit their “Celebret” and marriage License number two weeks before the scheduled wedding.

8. Policy on Late:

• Five minutes late: no song during mass

• Ten minutes late: no Homily

• 20 minutes late: no mass, ceremony only

9. Only one (1) video lighting is permitted.
